  • Get notified when passes are updated
  • Receive service-related messages about your passes

Consent to Receive Automated Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS services, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Walletap at the phone number provided. You acknowledge that consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Walletap.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your use of our services. You may receive messages each time you create a pass, when a pass is updated, or for important service notifications. Typically, you can expect to receive messages on an as-needed basis related to your specific use of our services.

Cost and Charges

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The frequency of messages may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Walletap at any time by:

  • Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us
  • Following any specific opt-out instructions provided in the text messages
  • Contacting our customer support at support@walletap.io

After you send the STOP command, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from the program.

Supported Carriers

Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery by your wireless carrier.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your mobile phone number and text messaging opt-in information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent.

Important: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our SMS services to:
